Thank you Orlando Transportation for your great service and patience with our schedule changes. I HIGHLY recommend Orlando Transportation service for all of your transportations needs. Sasha is great. We have never used a car service but will definitely use them again when in Orlando. From making the reservation to final drop off they were great. We had to make several changes even on the day of and was all was taken care of. The drivers were courteous, helpful, on time and communication was excellent. they let you know your drivers name and provide their cell number and that is really helpful. I can't say enough about the experience with Orlando Transportation other than to use them. Thank you Sasha and your entire team. LM

We will be booking with Orlando Transportation every time we come to Disney! Sasha called to confirm the details within an hour after I submitted my information online. He sent me a text as soon as our plane landed letting me know which baggage carousel was ours and telling me he would meet us there. He had set up multiple car seats for us and confirmed that we wanted them forward-facing. The car was in immaculate condition and he was great about checking in to make sure the temperature was comfortable. On our ride back to the airport from our hotel, he similarly texted with an estimated time of arrival and confirmed if we wanted to be picked up at our lobby or at our specific hotel building. He got us to and from the airport safely and quickly. When I think about all the stress of getting my family to Disney, I'm so glad that we used this service to streamline our trip. We will never go back to unpredictable shuttles or attempting to drive ourselves! I highly recommend Orlando Transportation!

Sasha and his team deliver top notch customer service, reliability and invaluable communication with our numerous transfers providing a flawless 2 week trip with multiple transfers in Orlando Florida. From our drop off at Four Seasons in Orlando by Jesse, to our transfers to Animal Kingdom Lodge and our drop off at the airport once again by Jesse, it was perfect in every step of the way. Jesse, our driver, was courteous, professional, friendly and extremely helpful and our comfort was his number one priority. The Limo was clean, comfortable and well kept up. Sasha graciously rescheduled us at the last minute when we had to move our trip from January to February. Sasha consistently checked with us on our vacation every step of the way to confirm our pickups and made sure each leg of our transfers were handled to our satisfaction. Needless to say, I have found my forever transportation team and will be contacting them in 2022 again for our two trips back to Orlando Florida. As a Commercial Real Estate business owner and knowing about customer service skills, Sasha and his team is what I call world class service. I can’t wait to book with them again! Thank you Sasha and Jesse for helping making our vacation perfect in every way.

World class service from Orlando Transportation. He was on time, the car was very clean (and new) and he had the 3 car seats ready to go for us. Everything was perfect! Sasha is delightful, so nice conversation was a bonus! We decided against a shared shuttle, so that our baby and 2 young kids could get a rest and we could get much needed help with luggage for 5. It was the right choice. We were spoiled by this service.
