I am curious why a CITY OWNED utility only offers service from 7am -6pm Monday through Friday. In the age of the 24 hour society I would think it would be advantageous for these people to think out of the box and offer better customer service. I am appalled that this company remains so behind the times because not everyone can get to them during these hours. Sorry OUC, some people do work extreme hours. Get with the program, and offer Saturday hours.

someone needs to shove an electric rod up their arses

my power is turned off on a Wednesday. I wouldn't pay the bill Thursday morning at 11:30 it is now 7:00pm the same Thursday evening at my power. When I call to speak to an agent she was rude and she said we don't turn the power on a computer does it. but a human can also turn it on as well my question is why did I pay my bill at 11:30 in the morning and at 7 p.m. At night my power still isn't on!!!!

the power companies in the Orlando city area are both jokes and they treat people crappy!!!

Terrible company. Our power turns off at 8am for no reason. It's called an 'outage' but it happens at 8am on the dot sometimes on the weekend when no one is in the office to answer phones. Trying to call at any time results in 20-40 minute waits, but they are constantly in 'high volumes of calls'. They are a monopoly, we can't use any other power company and they know it. The bills are high and the service is low. The motto is "OUC, the reliable one" but in the last 9 days my power's gone out twice. Not so reliable.
