Better than the local pizza shops still over 10. Years you guys been the best pizza shop and great staff always good

I called and ordered a pizza a 4:12pm. I gave my credit card number to a man on the phone twice and was told it was declined both times. I then said that I would pay cash. At 5:15pm when the pizza never arrived I called to see what the situation was and was told by the manager that I never placed an order. The manager(Kenny Adams) was not helpful at all. He told me that I was the one who made the mistake and that I must have called a different number. It was the same number in my outgoing calls I used to call him. In fact, all I did was hit redial on the number from before. Needless to say I will not be ordering from that office any more. If there are any charges on my credit card I will hold Papa Johns responsible.
