I am not quite sure what the other review were speaking from, but I currently work there now. I am a certified in sanitation and cooking through the state of Florida and I can vouch that the condition is nowhere near what the previous review mentioned. The pizza is delicious and the hot subs are spectacular at a great price. The reviews are for the food, not a place for people who have been fired to vent. Do not abuse review websites because you were fired! Come to Piattini, see for yourself, the food is delicious!!!. Best Pizza in Orlando!!!!

I worked there for one day, let's just say I did not go back nor would I eat the food! If you saw what I saw in the kitchen, you wouldn't eat there either. I'm suprized this place hasen't made more people sick. there's bugs all over, raw chicken just sitting around the sink right where dishes are "cleaned", the water & dirt from the dishes was splashing all over the raw chicken. I was made to clean the walls then take the dirty pan & stick it right where all the other "clean" dishes where kept, the same bowl was used for food! I was made to handle peoples food without gloves ( never saw anyone use gloves or any gloves for use either), The tables are not cleaned after each use with anything more then water, no bleach. dirty, dirty, dirty!!!!!
