Most of the good review here are frome the friends or employees of the company. The service in this company is really bad they never be on time. The over charge people and don't do a good repair. The install one of the worst air conditioner system. Trane is the worst system you can buy and the asking for to much money what real cost is. The stol money from old people saying about a costumer plan the have and the people are paying double of the real cost that type of service cost.

Pro-Tech Service was excellent. I called because water didn't seem to be draining. Dante came to house per scheduled time, found and fixed clog and serviced the system. He even spotted a duct leak close to system and fixed it with mastic. Great ot talk to,. Nice guy, very courteous. We're now on their twice a year servicing. Our system is running great. good to check out before we get deeper into the heat of May through Oct.

This company is a rip off. The service tech guy spent way too much time at my establishment and didn't do much repairs that were needed. I was also deceived by the price quoted over the phone which was much different from the tech price. It was obvious the techs are on commission and he really didn't seem to know what he was doing. I would never use this company again.

I used Pro Tech and over the years I have found they dont do what they promise. I have read my contracts and proposals on new equipment, half the stuff they put in writing is not done. When you question them about it, they make excuses. I got other proposals from different companies and found that Pro Tech is way over priced. I talked to some of their references and found they dont do anything different than the next company. I hear the owner of Pro Tech on the radio and can tell he is not truthful and pretty much a crook!!

Pro-Tech has been my air conditioning com pany since it first started. I have been completly satisfied with the service techs through the years. All of the techs have been both friendly and professional, doing a complete check of the system and explaining what was done as well as leaving a written check list of the services preformed.



Pro Tech installed the system in my previous home, my new home developer used another company to install the unit in this home. I continue to have a service contract with Pro-Tech, they do both a Spring and a Fall checkup of the entire system to keep it running smoothly.

Pro-Tech has been servicing our air conditioners for a year now and I couldn't be happier. They didn't put the system in but they were so helpful in fixing the problems we had. FINALLY the house cools the way it SHOULD have cooled in the beginning when we bought and built the house! Not only that, but the service tech went way above and beyond. I laughed when I saw his "socks" or "booties" that he wore inside my house - but it kept the dirt outside - Thanks for thinking of that Pro-Tech!
