A great hotel right at the main entrance to Disney World resort area. The family rooms were so spacious and comfortable. There is a Waffle House adjacent to the parking lot and several restaurants within walking distance. The pool is small but we didn't have time to swim in this trip so that wasn't important to us. Great hotel and reasonable rates!

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, i was recently on vacation in florida for the theme parks and booked this one because it was kind of close but it wasn't a pleasant vacation. The carpet had big stains and the bedsheets also which i had to call and make them change them, the door to the bathroom was broken and i had a hard time opening/closing it, and to make matters worse my last night there a BIG roach was in one of my blankets. Also the help desk there, when i went to go book tickets for Disney/Universal Studios they kept changing the price, raising it, just pissed me off i didn't even enjoy Disney!--And another thing they took one of my towels that i brought from home, their not suppose to touch the towels anywhere else but the ones that you throw on the floor for them to pick-up!!!!!!
