Provided by YP.comTook part of my deposit money to fix blinds that were old and brittle to begin with when I moved in. Made me pay for the AC company's visit because supposedly nothing was wrong with the AC.. Money hungry agency with poor customer service skills, poorly maintained houses , outrageous monthly payments,huge utility bills due to old and faulty appliances. Beware!

Tolerated living in a very old home with outrageous electric bills and a heating system that malfucntioned everytime it was very very cold outside (requiring 5+ visits from an AC company before it was fixed!) only to be charged about 650 dollars when moving out...with some of the damages listed that were in the house the day that we moved in....not worth the grief! Don't give them your business!!

Provided by YP.comRENTERS BEWARE!!!! Tolerated a very old home that had been poorly maintained for 2 years....we were never late with rent....came up with excessively priced damages upon moving out. We really cleaned the home and they are charging me $500 for spots on a already damaged floor and a little dust on the floor boards.....charging me for things that were damaged when we moved in...Shame on them...I believe what goes around comes around with bad business practices...

Provided by YP.comREAD ALL OF YOUR LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT!!!!!!! THEY SPELLED MY NAME WRONG IN 6 DIFFERENT PLACES ON THE LEASE. THEY PUT IN THE LEASE THAT I WAIVE MY RIGHT TO A JURY IF WE EVER WENT TO COURT. AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON THEY CAN GIVE A 7 DAY NOTICE THAT I HAVE TO REMOVE PETS FROM HOME EVEN THOUGH I PAID A $200 PET DEPOSIT- PER LEASE " TENANT(S) AGREE THAT KEEPING A PET ON THE PREMISES IS A REVOCABLE PRIVILEGE AND NOT A RIGHT ". I AM RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ANY ATTORNEYS FEES EVEN WE DON'T GO TO COURT. THEY WROTE I MUST PAY MONEY THAT I PAID LAST YEAR WHEN LEASE WAS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. IF I FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY THEY WILL EVICT ME. THEY GIVE YOU 5 DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE TO VACATE IF THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOU ~ FL STATUE 83.56 STATES THEY HAVE TO GIVE YOU 7 DAYS AND A CHANCE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I CAN NOT HAVE ANY PERSONAL BACKYARD EQUIPMENT (SWING SET, TRAMPOLINES, ETC. I HAVE TO GET THE CARPET CLEANED BY A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY OR I WILL BE CHARGED A MINIMUM OF $100.00. THEY SAY THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER MY HOME WHEN EVER THEY WANT~ PER FL STATUE 83.53 THEY MUST HAVE MY PERMISSION. AND THIS IS THE KICKER ~ IN THE LEASE IT SAYS IF ANY THING IN THE LEASE IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL IT WILL BE DEEMED AS AN INDEPENDENT PROVISION AND WILL NOT AFFECT THE VALIDITY OF LEASE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! RUN, RUN AWAY TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Provided by YP.comI was renting from this company, due to my job I was required to work from home. At the location that I was renting from I was not able to set up my services that I needed to do so. I had begged the complex to see if they can make a exception, but they were not willing to. We contact the company and spoke to Sharon which was our property manager explained to her what was going on and the reason why we were breaking our lease. She said not to worry we were going to be ok and we were going to get our deposit back without a problem. Well the day came we moved out. I cleaned the house from top to bottom and left the house spotless ready for someone to move in. (maybe some painting needed to be done but that it) Well this morning I get a letter stating that I am no longer going to get my security deposit due for me breaking my lease and the house needed cleaning!!! That is BS... We had so many problems with them during the lease also, we had things that needed to be fix in the house they we had to call them about 10 to 15 times before they came to check on it and have it fixed. Make sure you do your research before you go with this company they are horrible with their Tenants!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from these people.
