Excellent customer service!



Since moving to central Florida and renovating my new house, I've dealt with my fair share of contractors/companies/re-modelers etc. . I must say that Rigo Tile far exceeded my expectations!



Their prices are fair and they provide excellent customer service along with a quality product. We had our garage tiled, we bought all of our own materials from Floor & Decor in Orlando but Rigo Tile carried the same & similar products for around the same pricing. Why Rigo Tile is better (in my opinion) than Floor & Decor is for two reasons:



1) Better customer service. The estimator they sent over was very knowledgeable and able to give us an estimate fairly quickly. He was also quick to point out what pieces were missing for a specific design that we wanted (we had previously purchased all of the materials from Floor & Decor but the Floor & Decor specialist got the calculations wrong and gave us the wrong product, it was a nightmare to order from them). The installers themselves were prompt and courteous. They went straight to work, and even though our floors were a bit crooked, they managed to tile & grout the entire area (approx. 500 sq. feet) in 3 days. The installer actually apologized for it taking so long (I thought it was actually really quick) and explained that because our floor was not level it would probably take a little bit longer than usual.



2) Quality products & service at affordable pricing. As we stated they had much of the same products as Floor & Decor for around the same pricing at Floor & Decor. Also, even though we bought our own materials (not from Rigo Tile), their tile installation prices were the lowest that we have encountered!



Another reason why I think they are a great choice is because they went above and beyond to help us out after a horrible experience with another contractor.



I am so happy to have finally found good, quality service in my new hometown! I would definitely recommend, in fact, I am in the process of contracting them to do some more work on my new home.



I wish I had found them sooner

My experience with Rigo Tile has been very positive since my very first visit. The quality of their products is unquestionable but make sure you hire a good contractor for your project. Nice staff, good quality, nice variety and competitive prices. I would absolutely recommend it.

After having new shower tile installed, cracks were visible in the grout. The installer caulked over them. This took place several times as new cracks continued to appear. I informed Rigo Tile that it seemed that I would soon have a fully caulked shower rather than a grouted one. Although return phone calls and visits were promised repeatedly, it took several visits to the actual warehouse before the owner came out. He said they had done a beautiful job and the cracks (which were not there in the first shower) indicated shifting of the walls in that area and that caulk was required. However, small amounts of grout continue to fall out of the wall.

WE WENT HERE AND PURCHASED TILE AND ASKED FOR A PERSON THAT COULD DO TILE AND REMOVE AND REPLACE A BATHTUB. WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD 1 PERSON THAT WAS LICENSED AND INSURED TO DO THE PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL. I WAS VERY ADAMANT ABOUT HIM BEING LICENSED AND INSURED. HE CAME OVER DID THE WORST JOB EVER, THE TILE ALL NEEDS TO BE REDONE AND THE PLUMBING IS HAVING TO BE REPAIRED BY A LICENSED PLUMBER. WE HAVE HOLES IN OUR WALLS AND MEMBERS FROM THE RIGO TILE CAME OUT AND SAW WHAT A HORRIBLE JOB IT WAS. THEY CALLED US AND TOLD US THAT THE PERSON WHO DID OUR JOB WAS REALLY NOT THE PERSON WHO WE CONTRACTED WITH. THE OWNER RIGO CABRERA WANTED TO COME OVER AND ASSESS THE JOB. AFTER 1 WEEK OF MAKING APPTS, CANCELLING APPTS, WHEN THE OWNER FINALLY SHOWED UP I WANTED IDENTIFICATION SO I COULD CLARIFY WHO I WAS LETTING INTO MY HOUSE AND HE LEFT PRACTICALLY RUNNING DOWN OUR DRIVEWAY. I HAVE IT ALL ON VIDEO ALONG WITH SOUND. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH SHADY PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. STAY AWAY
