2017 Had a new unit and solar panels put in. A/C unit never worked, house was always hot. Two years later After two replacements works great! Solar Panels worked great on electric bill! BUT!!!!!! 2018 discovered Installation was done wrong!!! Which Caused $20,000.00 in roof, walls, floors, ect damage. House has been tarped for over a year, need a new one at this point. Still don't see a check in the mail for repairs!!!!

Do NOT purchase parts from this company when recommended by a "technician" unless you have money to blow away. Research the part online yourself first! I was charged $135 for a snap-on part that you can find online for $25 and install yourself in five minutes.

Watch out for this company. They will send out a very nice tech to "look" at your equipment. He will then "determine" that you need all kinds of work and then try to sell you on a complete new system. All I actually needed was a new compressor but the tech suggested a whole new system saying the compressor would eventually break. The compressor work was priced $3600, the new systems ranged from 6,600-9,500 dollars. He "failed" to realize my compressor was still under warrenty and could be replaced for FREE with just having to pay for labor and prep work. I ended up getting another company to come out and they replaced my warrentied compressor for less then 600 dollars, $3000 less then Ranaldi! The air is working great and they did not try to sell me ANY unnneccsary equipment or systems.
