Provided by YP.comSafeguard refuses to cancel alarms that were installed in our holiday homes . We are more than two years trying to cancel the contract and this company does not give us even an answer. Only they know how to charge us every month. We had to turn off alarms for more than one year because it caused many problems and yet the company did not deign to serve us . Bunch of picks along with who sold us this crap , Mr. Diogo Esteves and his company Drim Properties .

THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMEND FOR CANCELLING SERVICE. THEY HAVE AN AUTOMATIC 3 YEAR RENEWAL. SO CLIENT " BEWARE "........

I changed security companies and unfortunately did not realize that the agreement I signed was actually a contract. I know buyer beware, but when I moved from a rental home to a home that I purchased the security monitoring was part of the homeowner association fees and this is the only monitoring allowed in the community. I called to cancel and was told I would have to pay the entire amount of the contract and to date they have refused to turn off the monitoring system at the other address. Had I known that this was a contract I would have simply transferred my service to my son's house as he purchased a new home at the same time I did and I recommended this company to him and he now has their service. I have called several times and have now sent a certified letter demanding they turn off the service and discontinue my monthly bank draft. To date, they have not done either. Had I been able to transfer my service to my new home, I would have done so, but could not do

signed 3 yr contract, call a few months after the are 3yrs up to cancel, and found out that since a I didn't cancel within 60 days. So they renew your contract for another 3yrs. Now it's near the end of 2nd 3yr contract. I sent them a written notice just like said to cancel, 2 phones call later only to get a letter from them and a call offering a lower fee. 5 more phone calls after that and left 3 messages to 3 different people asking for my letter to confirm my cancellation. Still waiting for a phone call back from anyone. I have a bad battery and a Parts and Labor Warranty for an additional monthly cost, only to get a call from them trying to sell me a new battery. I DO NOT, WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.They are like AOL you can't cancel.

Provided by YP.comSeveral reason why I would not recommend this company.
1. I have been waiting over 8 days to get someone to fix my alarm.
2. If your alarm goes off in the middle of the night and you first instint is to turn it off. You better pray that no one broke into your house because the alarm company will not call if you turn off the alarm.
3. The contract you sign renews automatically so if you don't cancel at least 60 days before you contract ends you are renewed for another 3 years.
4. Anything happens to the alam they are not resposible and yes there is a service fee if you need service.
