Respectable company. I did have a concern but they addressed it right away. I would recommend them in the future.

Quick service & reasonable price...called them to fix a washer and Alex was able to stop by within 2 hours. My washer was ready in less than an hour.

They are awesome! I've used them plenty of times for different types of repairs, but most recently for my dryer. They have great rates, and i really LOVE that they explain everything that's wrong with the appliance, and what needs to get fixed! Very friendly, and fast service! I definitely will recommend DC Appliance Repair to everyone i know!

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! This company and the man they sent out ruined our brand new fridge. Basically, he fried our appliance, took parts and replaced them with ones that are faulty causing our fridge to completely go out. A neighbor of ours who works for a respectable repair business came in free of charge after this guy and was astonished at what he had done - and basically told us we would be better off buying a new refrigerator. So now we are out $200 for them to run a $1400 NEW fridge. Now the only way we can get our money back is going to small claims court.



Please, do your research before you get someone in to fix your appliances. We didn't. We used his service because he was able to come out when no one else could. It's worth the inconvenience to make sure you get an honest person.

I called Alex at 830 he came at 10. Fixed my refrigerator in 1 hour. Great service good guy. I highly recommend them!

I called Alex from Sanz Appliance Repair when my refrigerator broke. He came out to fix it. After a couple of hours, he determined that some part was broken and charged me $100 for it. But that part didn't fix the fridge. Alex then said the compressor was broken, and that it would be better to buy a new fridge. The next day I called another repair company to get a second opinion. The other repair man explained that I just had a freon leak, and fixed it in thirty minutes. However, the other repair man said I was missing the relay switch (which was there before Alex attempted to "fix" my fridge). I called Alex to ask him about it, but he denied taking the part, of course, but you do the math. Flash forward a week, and my fridge starts acting funny again. I call the other repair guy, who comes out and discovers the heater in the freezer is missing. So, it appears Alex decided to just take parts of my fridge without even asking. I will NEVER use him again, and I would highly, highly recommend you don't use him either. Find someone else...anyone else!

Great Job! My washer stopped running on Monday and I'm the type of person who would rather fix my own things instead of calling a repair man. But this washer problem had me stumped so I called Appliance Repair Dallas and the tech came out the same day and fixed it in 45 mins. It was something that I would of had no clue how to fix. Highly recommended!

I was doing laundry late Sunday night and got too tired to finish it so I just left the clothes in the washer. When I went to put the clothes in the dryer in the morning I saw that the washer was still full of water. It was such an inconvenience because the clothes I wanted to wear to work where in there! Ugh! I found some clothes and headed to work. At lunch I remembered my poor wet clothes sitting at home, probably starting to stink, and complained to my coworkers of my woe. One of them recommended Horacio so I gave him a call. He came out that same night so I didn’t have to leave work early. He diagnosed the problem as a broken lid switch and fixed my washer in 10 minutes! Amazing! A day’s woe fixed in 10 minutes! His prices were very reasonable and his work came with a 1 year warranty. I am definitely recommending him to anyone who needs their washer repaired

Good company. My fridge broke down. i live in Apopka,fl. Called Sanz Appliance repair They came later in the day. They diagnosed the problem but didn't have the part on hand. It was a bad ge computer board. They came the following morning and installed the board. My fridge has been working fine ever since. Love them

My Wife and I we been trying to find a Repair guy a sunday morning for our Refrigerator. Was a Emergency my food was melted Not one works sundays(Repair) we find this name Sanz Appliance Repair.!! Wao we called them to see if they work those days effectively they do. Alex pick the phone very nicely and lees than a hour came to my place and Fixed with not extra charge he was so nice and honest. My five(5) stars goes to Alex and Sanz Appliance Thanks!

Resonable rates BUT DO NOT PAY for parts or other services in advance. Came to repair refrigerator, had to order parts - requested prepayment for part. After two weeks part arrived and got refrigerator running, but another problem developed. Requested $200 deposit for additional part - after several weeks was unable to get part but said he would refund deposit. I agreed to pay $40 for service call from deposit but no refund of balance ($160) ever received. Tried to contact him approximately 30 times but no response to phone calls or text messages over past two months. Now in process of filing suit in small claims court to recover deposit. Appears to be adequate repairman, but do not pay parts/services in advance as you may never see you money again.

I hired two technicians to check my washer they charged me the service call 50$ each one and them they saids they come back the next day they don't. i was online trying to give the opportunity to sanz appliance the reason: 5stars on reviews im said Wow!! i called it Alex i remember his name he pick the phone and very nicely dud the appt. at the same day. well you know what guys he fixed!!! We this man i saved $$$ and time. i highly recommended them . thanks Alex...

I call them to fix my washer (samsung) and a less of two hours ,alex came with the part a replace it. and now he's on my contact list. thanks guys!

Alex Sanchez from Sanz Appliance Repair was one of two companies who responded to my request. He was in the area, so we decided to give him a chance. He came promptly and determined that the leak was coming from a hose connected to the soap dispenser. He did a "McGuyer" on it with some tape, but never changed out the part. I paid him $60 and thought we were done. Not so. The machine began to leak again. I called Alex and he came back out. This time, he determined that it was the inlet valve. I ordered and paid for the valve. On Thursday, June 13, I called Alex and let him know that the valve had arrived. He came out, removed the old valve, and replaced it with the new one. This is where it gets strange. He said the machine would not work without a "code". I didn't understand that but, I'm not a repairman, so I didn't question it. But, it gets better. He says that he doesn't have the code and would have to get his cousin, who works for Sears, to help him. I said great, call your cousin and get the code. He tells me that his cousin is very busy and has to be here. He says that he will come by tomorrow (Friday). I call Alex on Friday and he says that his cousin will try to come in the afternoon. However, no call from Alex. I call him around 4pm and he says that they can't come today. It will have to be tomorrow (Saturday) morning. I call him on Saturday morning and, another excuse. His cousin is busy and will not be able to make it until later that afternoon. Now, a pattern is developing. I said I need the washer fixed and Alex PROMISED me it would be done that day. NOTHING!!! No call/No show. I tried calling and left a message, but Alex hasn't called back. On Monday morning, June 17, another repairman came to fix the washer. First of all, he said there's no such thing as a "code" that's needed. Second, the inlet valve wasn't the cause of the leak. The repairman fixed the washer in half an hour. However, I'm out $60 I gave to Alex for nothing but headaches and $60 for the inlet valve I didn't need. Alex Sanchez of Sanz Appliance Repair should not be in this business and no one should ever use him. Either he's a liar (my believe) or he's the least knowledgeable repairman ever. One star is way to much rating for this company!
