Sarah George, MD, FACP, is a board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist who earned her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit and completed her residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. In 2004, she was recognized by the American Society of Hematology Clinical Research Training Institute for her dedication and commitment to clinical research. Dr. George’s areas of clinical interest include breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, myeloproliferative disorders and benign hematology. She provides comprehensive cancer care, including diagnosing and treating cancer patients, administering inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy, managing pain and other symptoms, and providing patients access to appropriate clinical trials.
