To Stan k you neglected to tell the person you spoke to the tool was 10 years old and obsolete. I looked the parts up so you would not have to drive back and I only chuckled when you started throwing the F bomb around in front of my 62 year old mom. As for the front of my building that is your opinion we have been here for 25 years and have enjoyed many customers over the years. Delta has been sold many times I would check the internet for future part needs.

I called to find out if I could get my Delta table router repaired and was told yes. Drove 54 miles to this place and put my router on the counter. The woman behind it said, "I don't think parts are available for that." She went to her computer and said "No." I asked her why she couldn't have told me that over the phone and she started laughing/cackling and went back to her desk. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! The service is as shabby as the exterior of the building, which was my first hint that things were probably not going to go well.

I had them fix a Bosch chipping hammer they charged me $67.10 to clean metal slivers out of it, The hammer worked for less than 30 minutes. I talked to a very obnoxious lady on the phone who told me that I was over the 30 day guarantee.
