I ordered some signs and the directional arrows were not in the center of the sign. I was very specific with the person on the phone about this before i bought them. Also the print quality is not good compared to others i have got in the past. When i called to complain the owner was rude and condescending. I wish i had seen the other bad reviews online first. He was a total donkey.

Defective Product, bad customer service. We purchased over 100 signs and stakes from them that cost $640 dollars. After only 4 days half of the stakes were broken. They are simply too cheaply made to last. We have ordered from Signs on the Cheap 3 years ago and the stakes are still in good shape. Also the stakes tend to cut the signs when you put them in. There were others things wrong as well and when we called customer service to see about a refund or exchange the person that answers was extremely rude and arrogant. He even accused me a changing my story because he wasn't listening closely. They offered a 20% refund but that is nothing on such a large order. I should have read the other reviews about the company before I purchased. It seems others have had issues with the signs and the customer service agents response seems to be "get lost". Very dissapointed

We ordered 1000 signs for local event in Pomona, NY Sign Depot offered free design. We placed the order Wed morning and received two days later on Friday.



We are very happy. Highly recommended.
