I was nervous to rent here because of the negative reviews, but I am relieved that everything went perfectly. I had no problem declining the insurance, and using my amex to cover the rental. My agent was very polite, and patient with me. She offered me the toll option, however, since I was only going to the convention center, I declined. If you plan on doing a lot of driving in Orlando, I would actually recommend this option. I was offered an upgrade for only $5 for a mid size car, instead of my mini car that I booked, so I did accept that. I really felt that the agents were just doing their job, but as long as they were polite, then there was no problem. I usually say check ratings prior to choosing a service, but in this case, it was odd, because I had nothing but good service from the start.

The worst customer service I've ever recieved. Wouldn't accept any forum of insurance unless it was an "app" on a phone. Stated they do not have fax or email to show proof of insurance. Had a reserved rate of 80 dollars for 4 days turned into 200 something.

If there were a 0 rating that would be my choice! We booked a midsize car online for spring break through Signature and was told to call when we picked up our luggage at the airport and a bus would pick us up within minutes. We knew they were about 7-8 miles away so we expected a 10 minute or less wait. We waited for 25 minutes and when they arrived another family jumped in the van while we were loading our bags. The driver said we would have to wait for someone else to come pick us up He said it would be less than 10 minutes. NOPE...25! When we arrived the worker told us we could not show our insurance card we had to have an entire copy of our policy with Geico. MARIO told us that 8 out of 10 have all of their insurance information, we just happened to be one of the ones that could not read! The woman next to us was able to show her proof on her phone. They would not allow me to do the same, nor would they allow me to email or fax my proof. He stated that we must not know how to read because it states that clearly on their website. Then he picked up a copy of that which was blown up about 10x's the original text size and highlighted. After the 2 hour ordeal with waiting at the airport and dealing with the rude worker named MARIO, we had to purchase their additional insurance at almost $100 over what we expected. He was the rudest person I have EVER dealt with in customer service. We were then given an economy size vehicle instead of the midsize that we had reserved online. When we questioned him he said, "should have rented a van!" When asking him his name he stated it's on your contract! I was flaming at the ears by this point. So I walked inside and asked two other employees what his name was and they said, "go ask him yourself!" We tried to speak to a manager and they said there wasn't one available. So we called at 9:00 the next morning and were told they did not have a manager there and did not know their schedule in order for us to speak to them. When asking for a number to their corporate office which is located in Costa Rica we were put on hold for around 5 minutes and the employee came back stating they couldn't find the number and we would have to google it ourself. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT recommend this company at all!!!

Terrible service! Don't just walk RUN the other direction. They lie to you about what type of car they are giving you, force you to purchase insurance that you don't need, disrespect you (gentleman told me it wasn't his fault I could not read..) and yes... I was the customer that was paying for a service. Had an entire lot full of other cars that were comparable to what I had reserved months in advance. I don't get it... I asked for a manager, was told that he wasn't working today... I asked when he would be back? They replied, that they were not sure of his schedule. I asked for contact information for the corporate office... They replied that the corporate office was in Costa Rica and did not have a number available and that I would need to find it online. When I asked for the name of the guy I was dealing with he replied I needed to check my contract and would not give me his name... Horrific experience made a bad experience for our first day on vacation. Go to a well known rental company, they value their reputation and the service you get will be outstanding unlike signature. I thought I would save a few bucks and try this company... PAY THE EXTRA few bucks with a reputable company, you will be glad you did

Worst Experience Ever!

From false advertisement....not located at the airport...to over charging..having to call for a shuttle and wait and wait and wait fot it to come..charged over double what they confirm online....unable to cancel....very rood staff....unprofessional and sarcastic....and now a week later I have fraudulent transactions on my credit card that I never use and only used to rent a car last week!!! Foreign scam artists they belong behind bars not doing business in Florida or anywhere!!!

Terrible company

Worst experience ever. Our plan was to rent an economy car since it was supposed to give us 40mpg. I arrived there and they only had a sedan available. This sedan had issues with the power plug chargers and the AC was erratic(this car was a 2014 model). Also, this car only gave us 33 mpg. I took it since we were ready to take the trip. I explained to them about the situation with AC and plug not working. They said its a common issue with German cars. I did not get any refunds or apologies. I was planning to pay $82 for a weekend rental. It ended up being $200 since they failed to mention that Florida residents according to them don't get unlimited miles. I had to prepay for 800 miles. I was under 800 miles upon returning and no refund. Stay away from this company. Poor customer Service. Terrible business ethics.

STAY AWAY!!!!!We were called 30 minutes before our plane departed to be told our rental was in an accident the night before and they could not provide us with anything remotely comparable and they had absolutely nothing until the next day. We were traveling with another family and had rented a 12 passenger van for a holiday week months in advance and they left us completely stranded. Spoke with the manager who said he was the owner (lied) who said their was nothing he could do for us and sent a 40% coupon off of our next rental, as if. Our resort found us another rental for double the cost and he would not even chip in to cover any of the difference. Any company can get good ratings under normal circumstance, but when there is a problem is when you find out the true colors of how they treat their customers. If the situation was reversed, I am sure they still would have expected payment. I would not recommend this company to anybody as they don't take care of their obligations and they could have cared less leaving us on our own.

All I can say is positive thin...

All I can say is positive things about this ocmpany. The staff was very helpful, and kind, and unlike other companies, they don't force you to buy insurance if you have your own. I also wasn't pressured to rent a GPS. I went to Fox in Las vegas, and they kept forcing me to rent a gps. I told them I was in Las Vegas, and I'm only going down the strip. WHy would Ineed a GPS? Plus, I have an Iphone, it has GPS on it. Anyways, They gave me I believe a 2012 Chrsyler 200 that was nice, and I hate to say it, but the rental car was better than mine. THey were very close to Orlando International Airport, and shuttle driver gave us tips about Orlando, which was helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed doing business with this company.

Super pleased. Customer staff was friendly, and car was clean. I reserved a compact car, but they gave me a full size car for the same price. Couldn't complain whatsoever. THey were close to the airport, and shuttle driver was kind...I will be a return customer
