We chose Chef Lucy Martin from Sofelle Confections to make us a cake for our wedding and we could not have been happier with our decision. She did an amazing job and made it a very fun and creative experience with lots of options for what she could do. She was open to any and all ideas and made a masterpiece that was definitely a show stopper at our wedding.

We vacation in Orlando all the time. On our last visit, we were referred to Lucy Martin and she gave us a private baking lesson. My wife loved it!! Lucy is very professional and knows how to make your afternoon very special.

I took this class with Lucy Martin and it was great. She is very professional and a great instructor. I strongly recommend her if you want to learn with with a pro.
