Provided by YP.comThis place is a joke! How can you run a Tanning Salon and put customer service at the rear of your business plan?? My God…there's a fee for EVERYTHING and they could care less about what you want or need. I'm not an aggressive person but found myself in several heated discussions with this staff over ridiculous stuff. Keep eye on your credit card…. The staff is distant and rude and I never had a clerk who didn't have an attitude. The "cheap" goggles I purchased from the Salon broke and it was like pulling teeth to get them to replace them….c'mon! I couldn't take all the "fees" and "sales pitches" and ended up spending a lot more than expected. After I completed my tanning package I found a salon in the area that was actually friendly, stress free and they treated me like a valued customer. I appreciate and support that kind of business. My advice, do some research…there are plenty of other salons that will appreciate your business!
We apologize for the problem you felt you have had with our company. The fee you are referring to is the one-time fee for membership enrollment. However, this fee is only for a reoccurring monthly membership, there are many other pricing options and packages that do not require an enrollment or credit card on file, although most of our clients choose the membership option because of the price savings. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we apologize that you felt you received service that did not exemplify that.
