If I could rate them lower, I would.They were subcontractors for my buider and they have continally done poor quality work.

This company has been sub-contracted by a very well known home builder who wants to pride themselves on winning customer service awards. Well, this flooring company can't even hire employees who know what they're doing, because the tile on the floor looks ok, but the tile on the walls of the tub/shower surround in the master bath look horrible! They used incorrectly sized tiles, way too big to EVER use on the walls of a shower AND did a horrendous job installing them. There are ares with too much cement behind some tiles, completely devoid of the flush look they're supposed to have on a wall or floor. Absolute terrible job. Nobody anwers the phone# listed and there is no voicemail. Don't waste your time with this company. I compared their work in several different homes of my subdivision and came across shotty workmanship on all shower/tub surrounds, even those with small 6x6 tiles.
