Lured me into a contract with a really good deal with a new iphone 6. I told them what my budget was and the price they told me was just under my budget. I get my first months bill and its about $25 more a month than what the guy told me id be paying when I signed the dotted line (Believe me, I have good credit and I'm 3/4 of the way through my engineering degree, I know what price they told me). Called them over the phone and they told me i had to go to the store, drove all the way there and their manager tells me "Its because the rebates haven't kicked in yet" even though i had already payed the first 2 months payments. Its been 6 months and IM STILL STUCK PAYING MORE THAN WHAT THEY TOLD ME. due to the frustration of the long drive, incompetent and lying employees, and not wanting to have to go through the frustation of changing plans I have stayed.....heed my warning, they do not deserve to be in business for practices like this.
