Terrible service! The woman who did my pedicure kept talking to the fellow employee next to her in another language. She wasn't paying much attention to the work she was doing on me. She would frequently pause to check her cell phone and even stopped to talk on it, too. She did a terrible job on my feet even after I pointed out a few spots I wanted her to pay attention to. She said, "It fine, not bad" and ignored me. She soon stood up and looked at me and said, "That's $35" and I felt this was a little rude and demanding. When I tried to talk to the manager, I was refused any of my money back. They pretend they don't speak good English, but they understand more than they let on. They also lie about each other too. They said they were all present when I came back to the salon to talk to the manager. The woman who did my ped was not there. I was also told one person was the manager by one girl, and then another came up to me saying she was. Very unprofessional and I hope they go out of business. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

My friend and I went to this place last week. We had time to kill and wanted to have some relaxing time at the nail salon. But they were rushing us. First of all, we had to wait forever. They kept telling us to wait "just a lil bit, just a lil bit." They were rude and said impolite words in their own language which i could understand more than a little. Their service sucks. We got our eyebrows waxed. The lady who did it for my friend left wax on her eyebrows, didnt even clean it up with oil, dida horrible job. I asked her to fix it and she was like "I ran my finger through her eyebrow and I didnt feel no wax" when you could obviously see. Ive been to a lot of nail places and this is the worst one. They painted my friends nails very badly, didnt even put clear on them and didnt even let her use the dryer machine...her nails of course got messed up easily. We got charged 32 bucks for a crappy service. DONT GO THERE!

I have been just about everywhere to get my nails done. So far this is the best place yet. Everyone is great there but I always go to Ivy. She's really good and takes her time. My nails always last forever when she does them and they always come out great.
