My husband and I booked with them to go to Orlando. The pickup time was "5:00 AM". We arrived at 4:45 AM and since there were two buses already there we asked whether one of them was hours however they were not... one of them was operated by Jetset and the other by Javier's buses. The driver for Javier's buses said that super tours was on their way there so we waited and at about 6:00 AM we started making calls to Hernan. It turns out that he skipped us and moved on. My guess is that he was running late so he chose not to pick us up. Basically we get the driver's number to meet up with him but he TREATED US LIKE DIRT! the worst customer service of my life !!!!!!!!!!! please do yourself a favor and do NOT choose them ! the bus driver was sooooooo mean and gave us an attitude and said that he was driving and didnt have time for meaningless conversation and that too bad too sad for me to catch up and thats it. i called the office at 6:00 am to see what they could do but she said she would call me back it is now 6:30 am and she hasn't called do i guess they didnt have the consideration to update me or whatever the case may be so now that i booked hotel, dining, tickets and all we lost our money since we have no ride there.
