Just received a call back from an inquiry about help because my case has gone as far as it possibly can.The girl told me they don't help people.They you have it. Straight from an employee's mouth.

Looking for a review about Morgan & Morgan and John Morgan. John Morgan was arrested for drunk driving according to an Orlando newspaper- Orlando Weekly. The article says that according to the arresting officer, Morgan became enraged upon arriving at the Seminole County Jail, called the officer a "fat fucker" and "baldy," twice headbutted him, and hit him in the face with his left hand. So, in addition to charges of DUI, failure to provide insurance and two other minor traffic offenses, Morgan was charged with battery on a police officer, a third-degree felony calling for up to five years in prison. Talk about a lack of integrity. Personally I would never use this firm. There are a number of comments on the web asking how many times this guy has been arrested for DUI- and several comments say 5 or 6 times, but that he manages to minimize the consequences since he is a lawyer. read about it yourself: http://www2.orlandoweekly.com/news/story.asp?id=252

We were taken on by Morgan and Morgan.My son was a victim of a Football knee injury in which a coach collided with my son playing a position. We were assigned a lawyer who had no clue on football and our lawyer seemed to be advised by a lawyer who is no longer with the firm, but advertises just as much.Ironically, M and M should have resigned due to a conflict of interest ( the fact that an advising lawyer had an affiliation to the to the Pop Warner Organization that was being sued) After Morgan and Morgan dragged out the case, 3 years, it was determined by them that we had no case. We retained another lawyer with knowledge of youth football and was able to work with an expert witness with coaching and procedural ethics.If M&M can't slam dunk your case and settle it quickly with a big payout, they want to move on. I retained a second lawyer that took the information and settled for 5 digits and probably 6 digits if it went to court. Yes, I hired a lawyer "FOR THE PEOPLE"!

I was about to engage this firm for legal representation for damages caused by a drunk driver. Then I learned that the owner, John B. Morgan, has been arrested more than once for drunk driving and in a 1997 incident, he assaulted a police officer by headbutting him and hitting him. I am taking my business elsewhere.
