I went there to get a shellac french manicure for a job interview. It started off okay, she did a good job trimming my nails etc. Then she put the shellac polish on and put my nails under that light they use. After they came out they looked terrible! She filed the shellac off right away. At that point, I was thinking "well, things happen." Then, the exact same thing happened to the other hand. I did notice that the polish looked really gummy and old. She was about to do it again on the other hand and I said no, obviously something is going wrong. At that point I had been there for an hour and my nails felt so thin because she kept filing them down so much. I felt like she was about to file right through to the skin. I told her to stop and that I didn't want anything else done as I didn't have time to start from scratch. The worst part? She still charged me for a manicure!!!
