John I can't thank you enough for the time you spent with me, it was well worth it. I had little direction in my life and definitely needed some help. Wow, let me just say that Ruby at Total Health Guidance is amazing. She not only performed a feel-good massage, but she was able to fix various areas of my body that needed work. She's a perfectionist, which works in my favor, because every time she found a kink or knot she told me "I can't NOT fix that" and went to work on it using a combination of massage and acupuncture.
