Not sure what the person above is talking about, but I received awesome service from this firm. They always answer the phone and you can call and speak with someone about any concerns you might have. My initial consultation was very thorough and my case was handled very professionally. I never had a single issue with the staff. I had a personal injury case and they obtained a settlement, negotiated all my bills down and were always prompt, courteous and friendly. I also had a misdemeanor case and I did have it expunged and that was a separate fee than the actual criminal case. I would refer this firm to anyone who needed representation on a personal injury, criminal case or family law case.

I previously used this lawyer in the past and have actually referred others to him. However, I had some concerns that recently emerged. Lynn, the "office manager," was rude from the beginning of the call, talked over me the entire time, and told me I don't get to speak anymore because "you had you chance to speak." Mind you, I was explaining to her what my conversation was directly with Mr. Trimble, not her! I had to repeatedly ask her to simply submit my request for a call back from Mr. Trimble, as I was uninterested in arguing with her and never requested her personal input on my case. She was extremely aggressive, refused my callback request multiple times, and told me that I was pretty much lying- all without even speaking to the lawyer. Nonetheless, even if I had misunderstood at time of the rendered services, which I don't feel was the case, I may have been willing to use him again to complete what I thought was previously taken care of. Thankfully, I have only needed to retain a lawyer once in my life; however, I will surely never use or refer another person to him again becuase of his unprofessional staff.



As a side note - why would I, or any other reasonable consumer seeking legal representation, spend thousands of dollars to dismiss a case and not spend the extra few hundred dollars to have the record expunged in the end? I was advised that the expungment would be done automatically and there was no discussion of additional fees to do so. Years later, I have since I found out the hard way at the cost of an employment opportunity, so retain at your own risk.
