I had initially had a bad experience with the service I received, but Eddy came out to correct that and made sure I was happy with the service his co. provided. I was very very pleased with the service and effort put in to fix my refrigerator. Thank you Eddy for standing behind your business and exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again if service on any of my appliances are required. Thank you!

Just wanted to put out an advisement for people in the area if you happen to have an appliance breakdown I know that it was recommended by someone else on this forum to go with tropical appliance I would highly recommend you go with another company! The repair man came out literally took not even 2 minutes to look at my refrigerator without effort or even investigating the problem before jumping to the conclusion that the water line was frozen and that he couldn't do anything to fix or even replace A part to get the water working again. $65 for two minutes !! He didn't offer to fix it didn't offer options on the parts nothing. Basically told me to get another refrigerator. I'm sorry but $65 to me is worth someone pulling apart my refrigerator thoroughly investigating and confirming that the water line is frozen not guessing that the water line is frozen.... Go with another company someone who is not lazy and will put in the work and make you feel like your money was well spent!

Eddy is hands down the real deal. His website is straightforward and so is he. His site info is also what he tells you on the phone; service charge/visit fee is rolled into his price if he can fix the problem. He writes his guarantee/warranty for parts and labor on the receipt when he performs a repair.



I called him after hours (5:30pm or thereabouts on a weeknight) describing my trouble and the make of my refrigerator. He arrived within 45 minutes, diagnosed a bad relay, had the part with him and had my fridge repaired and up and running before the stuff in the freezer had time to break into a serious sweat. Total cost to me: $150 and he was on his way and out the door by 7:30pm.



Courteous, polite, knowledgeable, Eddy was WELL worth the chance taken on a blind call to him after a Google search for appliance repairs in the Orlando area. And that call was certainly much less time, money, and effort for me to make it in comparison to shopping for a new fridge.



I would HIGHLY recommend Eddy be your appliance repair authority. If his site doesn't list your brand or you fear he might be out of your service area, call him anyway, he'll give you the straight scoop.
