Michelle I agree with you, the stink that man carries around is offensive. I don't want him near me. everyone else was fine, the old stinking dog face old man aggravated me with his false "take a free coffee". I was like dude I paid for school I don't want your coffee especially since you are near it" What a PIG.

very happy with the results, awesome staff. Everyone made me feel welcome and enjoyed everyone around me. The only draw back was the older man who I had assumed was the janitor but turned out he was the owner. There is really nothing wrong with him, is just his body odor, I could not get near him without gagging. He wore the same clothes the entire week I was there, he should not be around people with that horrible smell, soap is not that expensive and the stink is offensive to some.

I went to school here last year, and it was great, everyone there is very dedicated to getting you right information, so that you can get your CDL. There are a lot of places that you are a number, not this place, after months of not being in touch with them, I called, and got a warm welcome, my name was remembered, and I know if I still need someone to talk to they are there. Life, and jobs are what you make them, no where is going to satisfy everyone, but go there, and know they do care.

My friend graduated from this school and suggested I join since I was looking for a CDL. I read the reviews and I figured I would go and talk to them and see how things were. I read about the rude lady in the front and I must say that I graduated and the lady while not in school the last week I was there she was very friendly when she was. She did not seem fake or artificial in any way, but that is what some of the reviews say about her. The lady who runs the school Vivian was able to answer all my questions and when I signed up she told me that if I had any problems to go to her, that made me feel great. I did not have any problems at all. Joe, Juan, Norbert and the older Joe were great and made me feel like I was picking up the information even when I did not believe I was advancing in class. I say this is a great school and they all have lots of patience with students like me who do not know anything about this industry.

This school was recomended to me by a friend that graduated from there. I was told to go see Vivian, when i got there i was told that she had gone to pick up lunch by the strange woman with the nervous laugh that sits up front. I almost left because i just did not feel comfortable enough sitting with her there in front of me while i waited, people that do not look you in the eye or have that strange laugh at things that are not funny always have something to hide, as i was about to leave Vivian walked in with lunch. She made me feel at ease as soon as she walked in and went on to explain what i had to do to get the permit that i needed. I signed up a few days later and I have to say that Vivian, Juan, Jose and Norbert were ALWAYS very friendly and eager to help. Every Morning i was greeted by Vivian with a smile and a welcome, every so often she would tell me that the instructors told her how my progress was and that i was doing great. The day i graduated i already had a job waiting for me. I highly recommend this school. I went back to USA CDL because I needed to upgrade my license. I can only say THANK GOD that beast that used to sit in the front is gone. Lord have mercy on those that used to come in contact with her. A more artificial person you could not come across with. She was horrid when she was alone in that office and changed when others were around. I was there on 2/20/15 for my upgrade and there is a new person in the front who was friendly and she seemed like a nice person. I will sign up again now that the weird woman is gone.

Hahahahaha. I understand all the comments, that woman is like a dam gargoyle sitting in that front desk and it happens to be the first person you see. She is rude and talks down to you. Is almost like she thinks she is smarter than everyone else. Hahahaha. All this complaining but some of you guys still went to school there. I do not care how nice everyone else was, I just could not see myself dealing with that dirty skank daily thinking she is beter than everyone else. I asked for my money back. Hahahaha

I read all these comments and I found the school to be worth the money I paid. Everyone was very friendly except for the woman in the front, she does seem to be bipolar, if the office is full some times she will give you a forced hello that is obvious to anyone (extra friendly) and then there are times when she is very rude. But I say ignore the woman she seems to be miserable as it is. The school is great and everyone else is friendly.

I was not inclined to leave a comment but when i had to look up the number to call and get my diploma. i read the comments. when i signed up the lady in the back (vivien was the only person in the office) was the one i spoke with and i paid and began school the following monday, monday came along and there was another woman in the front. after a few days this i was hating the school because of this strange woman. something about her is not right. my instints were screaming to distrust her. it was such a bad eirie feeling around her that this past weekend my friend asked me and i told him not to go to usa to find another school. like i said. i was not going to write a comment but i saw the other ones and i am not the only one with this weird feeling about this strange woman who seems to look down at us the students.

i was in school for almost 4 weeks, i can say i enjoyed the experience. everyone was really nice, but i just did not like the receptionist, what a weird woman she is, i felt that at times when i spoke with her she either ignored me or talked to me like she was superior than me. feeling very unconfortable with that moron i ignored her and eighter waited until she was not there to ask the school director questions or i would talk to the instructors. and in the end that is all that mattered. the teachers are awesome and so was the lady that signed me up.

my wife went to this school because it came highly recomended by a friend. she spoke with Vivian and a gentelman that tested her driving skills. everything was fine until she noticed an old man just looking at her. she said the oldman was very creepy and the first thing that came to her mind was that he was a pervert. she left feeling very uncomfortable. came home to tell me what happened, and said that even thought it was highly recommended she did not want to bump into that oldman again. she then went to another school and got her license.

my husband and i went to sign up 2 weeks ago and talked to the lady with the dark hair that sits in the back desk. she was very friendly and put us at ease and he signed up to start last monday. my husband likes the school and tells me that the lady that signed him up is vivian, from what he tells me she has coffee and danishes ready when the students get there in the morning and always has something positive to say. he likes the teachers he said they also put him at ease and are very friendly, the only one that he does not care for is some lady that sits up front that according to him is weird and seems to be a kissass type but ignores you at times, but like he says as long as he ignores her everyone else seems very sincere. he is learning new things on a daily basis and loves it.

My husband and I went in a couple of times and spoke with Vivian, she was great about explaining what we had to do . When we were ready i called and i was told she was on vacation, we waited till she was back because after meeting her i felt i could trust what she promised, and just signed up yesterday. She came highly recommended by a previous student! Today was my husband's first day and he just got home telling me how much he likes it, he had Juan as an instructor and he had a lot of patience with him. So far i am very impressed with the school.

My husband is signing up week of Nov. 26, 2012. So far in comparison to other schools, we have found this school to be upfront and on point. The front office rep..Ms. V., appears very smart about the business. I admire straight forward and to the point answers, unlike other schools we researched in the area. The exact price was quoted correctly over the phone. Maybe the individual who thought $300 was referring to another license other than Class CDL A. Will write back in once he completes the class.

Just needed to take the "skills" test with a SHUTTLE BUS. Called Vivian she sez "we have a shuttle bus", and the skills test is $300 CASH.

Drove from Jacksonville, they did NOT have a SHUTTLE BUS, only school buses!

After I rented a shuttle bus for $200, paid $300 CASH (ALL the other schools only charge $100 for the Passenger "P" endorsement) I was tested by JOE who was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient......JOE is an asset to this school! Seems to be a good school but get all the specific details FIRST!

Great school. I just graduated and Vivian was able to find me a job. i went to school on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and i can say the instructors were patient with me. I highly recommend this school

i will gladly give this school 5 stars. i gave it four because of the saturday guy. He is very moody and did not treat me with respect. i knew he was going to fail me from the get go because of the loud tone of voice and rudeness he had when i asked questions. The lady in the office recomened I return on Monday and retest. I did but not before i asked if I was going to be tested by the same guy. I recomend the school as the best in town. i just do not recomend you test with the guy that does the testing on saturday.

i graduated from this school over 6 years ago, and Vivian was the person i talked to when i went in, to me going to school was like going home, it was like i was going home and talking to my sister. She was great and like the other reviews said full of information, the instructors have the patience of saints. in the reviews i see an old man mentioned he was not there before but i saw him when i went with my wife so she could sign up, he must be new, he seems like a not friendly kind of man, but i went in to see Vivian because i know what she promises she stands behind, and thank goodness it was the same instructors so my wife signed up for school there, i will gladly ask her to make her own review when she is done. My advice is to go see Vivian to get your info she makes you feel like if you were part of her family and that is a great feeling when you have to go to any place for days at a time.

i highly recomend this school. i just got my license there and they were pretty good about letting me have my own schedule. i went in the afternoon. i really enjoyed taking classes with Juan he has a lot of knowdlege and he did pass it on to me. there were several instructors i worked with but Juan was awesome. i recommend you ask for him to take your classes. The office people were good, but i also recomend you speak with Vivian if you want the correct information, she makes you feel comfortable and as if you were part of the family. she will give you pointers on what to do after graduation and is very down to earth. i also highly recommend you speak with her before you sign up. i will be starting my new job with a company this coming week thanks to Vivian.

I loved this school...i read the reviews and i can say the same thing the instructors and office lady were great...very friendly and full of information...they do know what they are doing...i also agree with the 2 reviews about the older man who is rude....yes he does stare at people which made me feel very unconfortable...he tries to be friendly but it does come thru as phony....i grew up in another country a very poor country and i came from a very poor family but i was taught manners...and staring is rude...so of course i realized that the older man is just trying.... is just that he lacks education and manners....besides that i love my new job over the road and the most important thing is that i am back to work and that is great....i highly recommend this school.

I would just like to say that this school is awesome. Everybody is very professional, upfront and honest. They made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The price is excellent for the wonderful type of service and training that you receive. I called and asked for some info before I came in and has my every question answered promptly. I highly recomend this school.
