An apartment pays an administration to be serviced externally in order to maintain or increase its value, if you pay $ 368.55 per month. expects impeccable maintenance, if the money according to the administration is not enough: 1 is stealing it or 2 is embezzling. This the worst place I have ever lived! Very unprofessional. They recently cut their maintenance staff, and now the grounds are littered with trash. Instead of keeping enough staff to care for this location, they decided to spend their budget on painting "Visitor Parking" and "No Parking" on a few parking spaces. They harassed everyone with threatening letters regarding registration of their vehicles. Their deadline has passed, and many of the vehicles parked are still without the required sticker, but my roommates vehicle was towed. We complied and had the required sticker. In addition, my other roommates vehicle was broken into and $300 pair of prescription sunglasses were taken. My bicycle was also stolen right off my porch. There is no security (despite signs saying there is) and crime is a regular issue here. Had I known how bad it was here I would never have moved in.

Do not rent here. Rude and unprofessional management. The place is falling apart, they only care about taking your money. Current resident
