This guy is the biggest joke in this business, DO NOT rent or buy a home from him. We bought a house from him about a year & a half ago. The roof has been leaking for MONTHS, he keeps sending the same roofer but as soon as it rains again the roof leaks again. So my husband went up inside the attic & took a video of the leaking & all the water damage that's taking place. When we spoke to him to tell him about the video & the fact that we are starting to smell mold he raised his voice & told me that I'm a "liar" & that I "don't know what I'm talking about". So, after my husband heard how he spoke to me he decided to call him & explain the video & that we are not liars & we have video proof!! He then told my husband that I am "too lazy & too stupid to know anything about anything". The conversation took a serious turn after that, as you can imagine!! I have never been so disrespected in my entire life, this guy is a lowlife & no one should EVER be spoken to like this buy their realtor. I strongly suggest no one ever use Wamsley Realty....unless they want to be treated like garbage.

We moved into one of there homes last year in Feb. The house wasnt that bad for the rent. We soon found out that the house was NOT up to code and was falling apart. The landlord neverrrrrrr helped. He is a scumlord. He has covered up over 2 feet of mold in my bed room with Paint and then when I told him about it he never fixed it. When we moved we made sure the house was up to par so that we could get our deposit bad. It has been over a month and he will NOT give us our money back. He is saying that house is horrible but it isnt true. We cleaned that house better then it looked when we moved in.



So please if you plan to move into 1204 Beatice Ave. WATCH OUT! This man is a scumlord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
