calls every time we had questions. They are the best!!

Avoid Wilson Management
This company is extremely aggressive with regards to seizing your security deposit. Any minor issue is an excuse to withhold a greater portion of your deposit. Wilson Management went so far as to charge me for new air filters when I literally changed them two days before moving out and charging for tree trimming.

Do not use their service! I had a terrible experience using Wilson Management Group, Kent. While leasing from them we had problems with the house immediately when moving in. It took them 6 months to fix the initial problem that were reported when we moved in. By the time we moved out there were other problems with the property that were reported and not taken care of. Kent never called to check on the property and every time we called to have an issue resolved he claimed he was taking care of it, but never followed up to schedule a date. Please please please seek other management groups when looking to rent. You will waste your time and money with these people. Don't expect your security deposit back.
