Roaches. Filed a complaint with the office, they sent someone out who "claimed" they baited the apt but they didn't. Baits were ones that I bought myself. The apt is old. My dishwasher fell out, appliances are old. Dryer NEVER dries my clothes. Washer is same speed for different cycles. Maintenance takes forever. It took 4 days to come replace my bathroom light. Biggest issue that has not been taken care of for 4 months: Obnoxiously loud neighbors who are straight from the pits of hell. They blast their music so loud I can hear it through my closed door in my bedroom! They throw parties on top of that so their music is always going until 2am. I asked them to turn down their music only to be THREATENED and then they started pounding on my wall to the point where it started cracking on MY side! I called the police on them multiple times, I've contacted the office multiple times and they keep saying that a "legal case" has been opened up against my neighbors. But they have done NOTHING.

This apartment complex is a BIG rip off that's very money hungry and theives and needs a good investigation on them. First of all they move their trash bens from all of the other loctions to one side to where the whole community has to use it. If your not hispanic they treat you like $hit. Every month your rent goes from the orginal price to higher and higher prices. ONCE AGAIN THEY ARE A BIG RIP OFF!!
