Provided by SuperpagesEnterprise has the worst customer service. If you're looking into renting a car please do not use them. They do NOT believe in customer service and will leave you stranded with a non safe vehicle. On July 7th I picked up a rental from Boston Logan Airport for a 6 day reservation. Twenty miles after we picked up the car the "low tire pressure" light came on. I figured no big deal I'll stop at the next service station and fill the tires with air. After we filled the tires with air we drove a little over a hundred miles until the light came back on. Again, we fill the tires with air and notice the back driver side tire was slowly loosing air. We contact enterprise roadside assistance and was told we could switch out the car at any Enterprise location, since it was late at night we figured we would do it the next day. Friday July 8th we called Enterprise Roadside assistance to confirm we could take the car to be switched out at a near by location. They said they would call and email a enterprise location in Provincetown Airport, after being on hold for twenty minutes I was told we were good to go and they will have a car waiting for us. We were given the address of the Provincetown Airport and drove an hour away on a semi flat tire that was unsafe to drive on. When we got to the location we were told no one has contacted them about holding a car for us and that they only had SUVs left and that I could not switch out the car. The enterprise employee called her manager Tom who works out of the Orleans Massachusetts location to see if she can switch the car out and was told by her manager that she is not to do so. I was given the phone for him to tell me that we were given wrong information and its against policy to switch out cars that need to be serviced and his exact words were "there's nothing I can do for you" he also said the car they had left was for the employee to take home and was the only car she had to get home. So you're telling me you don't care about the customers and it's more important for the employee to get home rather making sure the customer had a safe reliable car???? We spent two hours at this location to get a hold of someone at the Enterprise road side assistant and once we got a hold of the rep they asked to speak to the employee who told us that we can't switch out the car and that her manager said they can't do so and I have to follow what he says. We were given back the phone and the rep at roadside assistance said they would try to find another location that would have a car available, they found a car over an hour and half away but was told they close in a hour so they recommend to put the spare on the car and to take it back at the Boston Airport that was 3 hours away since they were open later. So you're telling me to drive three hours 150 miles away on a spare to switch out the car? I told them that isn't safe and was told back that's all they could do. I finally gave up and said I do not want this car nor do I want to business with you and would like to return this car so we could take a cab back since we're stranded at Provincetown Airport with a car that was not drivable. They said I could not do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor who tried to help and said she would have a car delivered within 3-5 hours and that they would tow the car. I agreed to do that and figured that was reasonable. After an hour goes by I get a call from the supervisor who said the replacement car was in route and will be at my location in 40 minutes. An hour and half goes by we get a call about the tow truck and was told we don't have a replacement scheduled and they we can go to Boston Airport 3 hours away to pick up the car, we asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 45 minutes until they hung up. Another eight hours go by after going to the Provincetown Airport to switch the car and still with no resolution after calling the Enterprise roadside assistance number to be put on hold or hung up on. Provided by YP.comBest location to rent a car on the Outer Cape. Rental office is just off the rotary in Orleans, MA and Provincetown Airport. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will make sure your rental car needs are taken care of when you come to the Outer Cape.
