Worst experience I hve ever had. Drooped my beautiful Poodle off for a bath and trim. When I went to pick her up she looked like a drowned rat. The owner had the nerve to demand $59.00 and they did not even shave her paws or clip her nails. Never again, this place is a ripoff, Heidi was clean when I took her in, they never even bathed her but sprayed her with some obnocious spray. I would not recommend them to any one. He charged me $19.00 more then I usually pay to have her cut. too make matters worse Heidi just hid in the corner when I brought her home. She refused to eat and flenched every time I went to pet her. Heidi has always been friendly and people always say they have never seen such a well behaved dog. Too say I feel like a I've been ripped off is putting it mildly.
