Very unprofessional management staff...greeted by very young girl who asked my party and I to wait five minutes...no one else in line while she proceeded to clean menus...when ask why we were waiting...she stated that she had to clean the menus first and she continued cleaning an entire stack of menus... the manager who approached next backed the employees statement ...what happened to taking care of the customer first....for God's sake clean two menus and seat us. If this wasn't bad enough, I am a regular customer...next I ordered two Texas margaritas which to my surprise had been down graded since my visit just 3 days ago...needless to say I will not recommend Don Peppers nor will I or my friends ever go there again!

BEWARE OF RUDE MANAGEMENT and ILLEGAL MANDATORY GRATUITY PRACTICES

The female manager was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HOSTILE AND INSULTING, she told us to never come back because we disputed an added 20% gratuity on our bill. We are a large family of 7 and we eat out all the time. Most restaurants inform you of an added gratuity when larger parties come to dine. We never have a problem tipping a sever, as me and my wife are in the service industry. Our waiter was perfect and the food was delicious, but the management staff needs to be Educated in Professionalism and Customer Service skills. I also asked her for her manager's information and she told me "Google it." She told us not to come back there to eat since we can't afford to eat there.

Her problem is she doesn't know who she was serving.. I am a Celebrity Barber Stylist, one of the Top 10 in the nation and I was in Ormond Beach to purchased a property in Dayton..
