I'd like to acknowledge Amanda Radford for her assistance with my purchase. We just had a house built this past year and I needed to furnish it, starting with guest bedrooms. I had visited your store during the summer and saw first hand, the quality of the furniture. Once the home was completed, I started to search for bedroom furniture online and found your website helpful with the room planner. I was especially happy that I could choose furniture and plot it out according to my floor plan and the exact furniture that I was selecting. I had a few questions, sent and email and Amanda was quick to respond. In speaking to her on the phone, she listened to my needs and helped search for what I was looking for, within my budget limits. She was prompt with following up on any emails or phone calls, even on her days off! I love the furniture and I couldn't have done the long distance purchase (from NY), without her. Thanks, Amanda!

Bill was very accommodating. I knew the brand of mattress I wanted but had to do a bit of testing...he kept going with me to find the perfect fit.

After my purchase I received a thank you in the mail. I received a phone call as soon a s the table arrived in the warehouse and a phone call as soon a s the chairs were ready and an approximation of delivery with each call. All was done in a timely manor and the delivery was excellent. The guys were quick ,polite arrived in a timely manor and when I mentioned stickers underneath the table, one of the guys layed on the ground under the table and removed all stickers.

We just bought a couple chairs and mirrors, the price and right and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were very pleased with our purchases and shopping experience, we will definately be back :)

Salespeople were excellent. The decorator was excellent. Everyone at the store was friendly,knew their jobs and were very helpful.

As soon as I entered the front door the sales lady asked if she could help me. I told her what I wanted and she took me right to the chairs I bought. It is the fastest I have ever purchased furniture.
