Beware of Kevin's real estate assistant Carleen. She was so unprofessional and rude, she treated us like dirt. We used this office for the closing of our home (Seller's decision) and Carleen made what should have been a wonderful experience a very frustrating and complicated experience. Because it took our bank 20 minutes to send the funds over she berated me in front of both realtors, the sellers, and my husband. She also scolded me for not dating documents that Kevin insisted we not date to save time (we had our 2 year old son with us). Even the realtors said they would never book another closing through this office and they were absolutely appalled by the way she treated us. Kevin (the attorney) was very nice and accommodating but Carleen's behavior and incompetency caused us to walk out without our keys and our new mortgage information. We would never go back to this office or recommend anyone use this office unless she no longer works there.
