The new doctor, Dr. Milanes, is an amazing dentist and has great bed side manner! The staff makes you feel right at home and any nervousness about being at the dentist just fades away. Thank you Ormond Family Dental for taking such great care of me!

Staff is great! Going to the dentist is not always a easy thing to do, but everyone from the first phone call to the last visit with Dr. Agrawal makes you feel very comfortable and at ease.

It was a great experience excellent service and excellent staff. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Everything was clean. Staff & Dentist were very friendly. Service was very good.
Only thing I didn’t like about this dental office, I was handed white plastic with dark glasses & my own prescription glasses were put on the table. There were few paper work was handed to me & my Credit Card receipt. I SAID I CAN’T SEE. I found these little odd. At home, look at my receipt, I do have serious questions. I hope they don’t try to collect more money. They accept the assignment. My Insurance document clearly shows how much is my responsibility. As it is, I was charged $32.00 more, I don’t care for that. There was a charge of $17.00 for IRRIGATION Per Quad, what is that? They try to grow something? D421 isn’t even on my Insurance list. They best not to collect a Dime more.

Very kind, explained procedure completely everyone in office is kind and professional. Office is clean and they are on time with appointments.

Exam and treatment plan:

This office hires only newly graduated dentists. The assigned dentist does not have sufficient experience. Dr. Dhiren Agrawal does not know the proper timing of mouth numbing, thus his injection hurts so bad. He prescribes a vague and inaccurate treatment plan, which contains many unnecessary procedures, only to collect as much profits as possible for the dental office.

Financing:

Finance and billing is performed by Senita, the office manager, who creates a list of procedures extremely longer than what was prescribed by the dentist. This results in an over-priced bill that contains many unnecessary procedures and fraud codes do not exist. Senita also is practicing medicine without license. She issues prescriptions without prior permission from the inexperienced doctor.

Scheduling:

This office cannot keep the scheduled appointment, which is magically changing every day. More than one annoying phone call is received daily to confirm

This Dr is not very professional. He treats his staff very unfairly and poorly. I would never recommend Dr agrawal to anyone!

Dr. Aljonaidy is fantastic. By far the very best dentist I have ever been to. She took her time to explain everything that was going to be done and answered all of my questions. She did not spare any detail when it came to my bridge, crowne, and veneer. I truly felt she was taking care of me teeth as she would her own. He staff is always friendly and personable. They are always able to accommodate my busy schedule and work to get me in last minute whenever necessary. I will be a patient for as long as I have teeth!
