First let me start and say they were very nice and the service was fine but that is as good as it gets. I wanted to take my parents out for a nice dinner I had read some good reviews and it is close by so I gave it a try. There were 4 of us and for appetizers we had shrimp cocktail and it had absolutely no flavor. I do know seafood can very in taste and sometimes you cannot see how a shrimp will taste but no matter why these were not good shrimp. Our second appetizer was ribs and while the flavor was not bad and if it was not COLD I might have said good. We all ordered house salads and each salad had some pieces of lettuce that had black edges and some were actually SLIMEY and yes I said SLIMEY. We got prime rib, rib eye, and (2) NY Strip sizzling platters. The (2) NY Strips came on a very hot sizzling metal platters nice except by the time they arrived at the table the hot metal platters had cooked the steaks to WELL DONE not Medium Rare (small amount of pink in the center) as requested but WELL DONE ( gray-brown throughout; firm ). They were both ruined . The Rib Eye steak had so much fat and I do not mean well marbled I mean patches 3"-5" wide and of hard gristle fat. My wife cut up the steak and put the fat next to the meat and there was a larger pile of fat and the meat was very tough too and Rib Eye should not be a tough cut. I can not believe it is ever Prime beef because I get better cuts at local supermarket. The Prime Rib was the same story too it was full of of hard gristle fat and tough and the flavor was so so. Rare Prime Rib should not be tough. I basically brought home (4) full steaks to my dod. I do I eat out frequently and at all levels restaurants so I know good food. I do eat at chain steak houses and I can tell you they are doing a much better job. I never take the time to write reviews but after this dinner I wanted to let people not to waist their money. I can not believe this place will last much longer if there is not a total change in almost everything. I am not mad at anyone at the restaurant, I did not used to work there I really think people need to know. Go at your own risk. I did not even go into the condition of the bathrooms but not any better think you get the picture.
