I'm a Ross regular here also I'm elderly and handicapped. Upon checking out I requested gift receipts and help putting purchases in my car. I was told NO help
when busy. I said what then manager yells over NO help when we are busy. So
I pulled my car up and reentered store to load my car best I could on my own.
Told the manager I did not get gift receipts I requested, Well she says Too late done rang up and final. I said NOT if i return it all and rering it all. Since I was MAD and Loud she called someone up to refund with the stuff and rering with gift receipts.
was NO reason to treat me like that, its called Discrimination!
And for a Manager to make a scene like that in front of many customers in line and witnesssing and listening to all this. I did remind manager upon leaving
It's going to be a LONG Holiday Season!
Could all the extra work hours have upset her?
Something was upsetting her and she Should not have been dealing with people
