Provided by YP.comSaigon Bistro is quite different than Pho Saigon, the other Vietnamese Restaurant in town. The menu is larger. It's got a more traditional decor. One thing we have learned is that no two Vietnamese Restaurants are alike.
Saigon Bistro is more formal with pictures of Vietnam and Vietnamese people on the walls. There are little areas divided up in the restaurant. Sometimes there is entertainment on Fridays or Saturdays.
The menu is large and if you are unfamiliar with this cuisine you should ask for help. Vietnam is an ancient culture and Vietnamese food can be sophisticated or spicy depending on what you select. The staff is always helpful and there when you need them.
I got the Tender Sliced Beef sauteed with broccoli. She got Shrimp Fried Rice and we shared our entrees. Hot tea is great here and is a mixture of green and black teas.
Parking is excellent and the restrooms are very good.
