UPDATE: It is now January 14th, 2010. Still no return call regarding when I can expect the return of the unearned money they were paid. I have left three more messages since my last post for "Scott" however "Scott" never returns the messages. Other's at the company will not even discuss what the issue is but rather just state, "He'll have to call you back". I suppose they feel they need my money more than I do. I'll continue counting the days for that call back.





This was a great facility for my son - however if you have an issue that needs to be resolved be prepared to wait months and months with calling weekly to see if the "issue" has been resolved. I suppose once you are not paying them anymore they forget who you are and why you have been calling for months. Still waiting for a resolution since August 2009 and still counting: today Nov 10, 2009.
