Would not recommend buying anything online from them. I pre-ordered 3 guild kits and was hoping to support LGS instead of buying from amazon. Unfortunately my guild kits got lost in the mail and it was insured. Unfortunately they didn’t want to file a mail claim when it was them who mailed it, and the have the proper paperwork to fill it out to hopefully try to resolve the problem. I have also tried calling my post office, rescheduling delivery seeing as tracking number halted completely and tried to email meta twice before pming them on Facebook since I was getting nowhere with the USPS. They just told me to talk to TCG Player customer services or talk to my local post office. Very unprofessionally handled. Really really wanted to support this store but now I can’t. I just wanted my guild kits....$75 down the drain. 😭
