Since joining, my husband and I look forwards to every morning that we can getting ourselves ready to go to the YMCA. Everyone we have met there, employees and other members have been so kind, caring, patient and always eager to answer our questions or to help us in any way they can. I recommend this to everyone I know and I find that for my husband and I, it is a little piece of heaven we look forwards to going to as much as possible. Se leave with the greatest feeling of calm and relaxation. We find he facilities are all clean, the pool is wonderful and I just can't think of anything more wonderful to say except this is our favorite place to go to.

Some of the employees at this location are EXTREMELY rude. I was ready to het a membership for my family after being pleased with the swim instructor. After being spoken to the way I was completely unprevoked I wouldn't recommend this institution to my worst enemy!

After being pleased with the swim instructor I was ready to join. I was bringing my child in and had a terrible encounter with an employee. She was extremely rude and snooty. She had the audacity to speak to me as if I were a child all the while embarrassing me in front of a large number of people. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your business elsewhere!

I received personal attention about any medical conditions/problems prior to using the machines. Also was shown how to use the machines and which were best for my conditions. The staff has always been available to assist me if needed. All the staff are polite, informative, helpful, and very caring. Personal trainer is very people-related and professional. Glad I joined and will continue my membership. All staff are courteous.

the ormond beach ymca is a modren clean place.

I feel lied to & decieved by my local YMCA. In the beginning of the year all clubs were having specials to join. I lost my memberhip card. It's $10 for a new one. I didn't want to buy a new one. I was going to cancel & go some where else. I asked 2 ppl at the desk if it's required since I'm in the computer & they're getting my money every month. Both said "YOU'RE FINE" Jan 1st & 12th.. Today they said I would have to buy a new card & the montly fee was increased by $3. I will shop around for another gym. PLANET FITNESS $10 A MONTH. Other than lying to my face, Ilove the ymca.
