A custom pendant order, resulted in a large chip on a sentimental diamond. Rodger Smith, the jeweler was very apologetic. He compensate me for it, or replace the diamond. Only a small discount on a chain was offered. His unprofessional attitude, with poor character was upsetting. The jeweler laughed, in response when I asked for compensation "it happens" was his answer. Well, one star reviews also "happen". I wouldn't trust this jeweler with any repairs!
