Where to begin. He struggles to know how to repair his own installations. And when he does he will charge by the hour and then claim you owe him nearly 3 times what he quoted. I would strongly recommend you avoid using him. He is unreliable and wont repair his own installs and when he finally does his repair was almost as much as the install.

Was referred to Steve from CCTV outlet for help solving network problem he walked me through some steps to solve. Only draw back was I'm in southern California he was up North still it worked​ out over the phone Thanks for the help Chuck
