7.3 Powerstroke 2003 F250 - I talked with shops in Redding, Napa, Newcastle and Oroville. John and Ken definitely were the most knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help me decide what work was needed versus optional. They rebuilt my transmission putting in a Billet Torque Convertor, replaced my leaky “up pipes” to the turbo and replaced my steering gear box (at my request). Pride in workmanship and customer experience was evident in every aspect of their work. Can’t say enough good about these guys and I am glad that I brought my truck from Granite Bay all the way up to them.

Ken and John first done work on my older Ford F250 after 3 other self-proclaimed mechanics failed at diagnosing the problem when my fuel pump went out. After wasting 3 tiresome, anxious days I took my truck to Feather River 4 Wheel Drive and Auto. Living 12 miles outside of town, I hadn't even made it home when Ken was calling that it was ready to be picked up. KNOWLEDGEABLE EXPERTS, PROMPT AND FAIR is what I can say this shop. My charge for the repair was less than the toe to get it there! These guys are the only ones I trust "Lula Mae" (my truck) with since.
