All I have to say is I agree with whisperingsage. The staff at this office seems to only care about sales. Be your beloved pets advocate. Ask questions. This staff does not like it when you question them on a procedure or why changing medication to a more expensive medication. I have been with this vet for six years and trusted that they were doing the best for my animals. NOT!! It was all about how much money they could get out of me. I have since talked to other pet owners who have gone to this Vet. I should have left a long time ago. My experience with the Vetenary service is too long to mention. I had to give them one star only because I had to rate them.

I have mixed feelings about this service, when my 13 year old cat needed emergency help, I called down and they told me to come right in. 10 minutes later I arrived and they had me take a seat, my Kitt was failing fast and after almost 40 minutes in the waiting room, they called us in and as I laid my Kitt down I felt the life drain out of her. She was immediately taken out of the room by the tech and I sat there in shock for approximately 15 minutes when the doctor came in and proceeded to tell me she had heart failure, that she was a beautiful and very healthy cat otherwise, her teeth were perfect and so clean and that she might have had a slight heart problem since birth. When I insisted I get to see my beloved Kitt and take a picture of her, they almost didn't do it. They charged me to dispose of her! The nerve and lack of compassion they had turned me off to them.

This is our forever vet now. So efficient, friendly, & knowledgeable. I personally appreciated their vitamin recommendation for my AKC German Shepherd puppy... They provided everything I needed, including the microchip. Their fees were very very appropriate, I am so happy that we decided to go here. We are animal lovers and these people know what they're doing. Bravo :)

Very nice staff, however active in sales of unnecessary blood work, heart worm detection, and promote corn based Science Diet when I have my dog on meat based diet due to allergies and soy causing serious muscle malfunction (which caused my mother to fall over him and break her 80 yr old hip). As soon as I got him off the soy, he regained his strength and ability. Staff were unwilling to hear this.
