Everyone is so helpful and understanding at ProDental! I get the sense that they genuinely care about you as a patient. They answered and questions I threw at them and I felt like I learned a lot of new things about my teeth (and how to maintain them). I've had some bad experiences before when it came to anything like this, but I am convinced that this is one of my best experiences to date!

Hey all! Overall, I would rate ProDental 5/5. I went in there with my sister a few weeks ago expecting quality service and that's what I got! The professionalism was something that deserves to be applauded for. I would easily recommend any family/friends to this place. Everyone there seemed to be extremely knowledgeable (as I would hope haha). It was a about as good as an experience as any dentist visit can be.

Can't say that I have any negative comments about ProDental. I've been to a lot of different dentists before and this experience was miles ahead of my average experience. They're professionals at what they do. I would come back any day. I highly recommend ProDental to anyone reading this. Thanks.

After reading the other reviews, I decided I would try Dr. Pham because my tooth pain wasn't going away. I have to say Dr. Pham is worth every penny! To begin with, her office returned my call within 10 mins on a Friday morning and met me within the hour. She was was able to identify the problem right away. She is a very kind person and I will refer to her if I ever have another situation.

I have to extend my sincere compliments to the entire staff at ProDental! They are AWESOME!!! It is not a surprise that many of us dread going to see a dentist, but I actually say, that I look forward to my routine 6 month visits for cleaning.

It is very hard to come by an office which is run so efficiently, takes the utmost regard for patient comfort and cleanliness, while at the same time providing such excellent services for their patients.

I would highly recommend the dentist and her staff to anyone seeking a reliable, and honest dentist.

I came in here with my daughter a few months ago. The service from the beginning to the end was flawless. I have no complaints and would recommend this place to anyone! She left happy and will definitely be returning with we need some dental work done. Thanks ProDental!

Horrible..... Brought my 3 yr old in for her 1 dental visit ....my daughter was not being cooperative the assistant was nice noticed a cavity on the top of her front tooth. The dentist came in and my daughter was not letting her in at all. So she told me to bring her back in a year when she can listen better. Um no maybe you should refer me to a kid friendly dentist ! Rude never going back... If you have kids don't take them there for a first visit will scar them.

I have been a patient there and I will never go there again. They ruin gums that they bleed that can eat.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pham for 2+ years now, and thought it was time for an update. I continue to love this office. I have never met a dentist who truly cares about her patients as much as Dr. Pham and the same is true for her staff. She monitors my teeth and is very non-aggressive in her approach. Thank you Dr. Pham!

Where do I start! You show up for your appointment and you're greeted with such great staff. I was a new patient and I met the Dr. Pham for the first time. She was very friendly and very informative. She explained to me step by step of the procedures I would need. She answered all my questions and was very articulate. I left the office very satisfied considering I was never a fan of the dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pham & her staff!

Just left my first appointment with Dr Pham. Very happy with the experience. She listened to all my questions and gave full and clear answers. Staff was friendly.



I have been to three different dentists in the area and Dr Pham is by far my favorite. I will not going anywhere else from now on.

Love this place (as much as anyone CAN love going to the dentist). I've been twice and the entire staff has been incredibly friendly. They do a great job, they're quick, and I've never had to wait too long. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

After spending most of my afternoon calling area dentists and going through some online reviews and I ultimately came across ProDental. After coming here, I realized that this is truly a nice place! The reception staff was really friendly and even funny which helped take the edge off. I would definitely recommend ProDental for anyone looking for a seamless and painless dental experience.

Very professional, clean, and welcoming establishment. All of the staff including the receptionist, assistants, and Dr. Pham are top notch and friendly. She runs you through your dental situation using photographs and x-rays, and she is very efficient in her procedures. Definitely recommend this dentist.

I have to talk myself into making a dentist appointment for months ahead of time, and lately I've only been averaging a visit every 2-3 years. Recently I made a vow I would start flossing and stop skipping my 6-month check ups. After meeting Dr. Pham and her team for the first time, I know I came to the right place. She was amazing when she cleaned my teeth, very knowledgeable, engaging, careful and very CARING. I highly recommend this place!

After not seeing a dentist for about two years, my experience at ProDental was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, knowledgable, and helped ease my worries as the very frantic patient that I am. The doctor did not use any difficult to understand medical jargon; instead, she made everything very simple and easily understandable. This facility is a complete full service team that can handle any and all dental issues. I was blown away by their quality of service & professionalism. A gem of a dental practice in Oroville!

This was one of the least painful, efficient and comfortable dentist visits I've ever had in Oroville. I'm definitely going to be using these guys moving forward.



The staff was very courteous and professional. The office is well-organized with a really good layout to facilitate easy entry, checkout and departure. My hygienist was very conversational and explained everything clearly. Dr. Pham was extremely thorough and clear on what she was doing every step of the way. If you're a first timer, don't worry; you're in good hands.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pham. If you're afraid of dentists, don't be. She and her staff are gentle, accommodating and their state-of-the-art instruments make everything comfortable. Wish I had found her years ago!

We really enjoy coming to this dental office. People are always nice and I love the service they provide. My son's teeth have improved from our first visit.
