We just purchased a used truck that is in excellent condition and we were very hesitant on buying an as is vehicle because you just never know what could happen. We had the car for two days and it developed an issue with the exhaust manifold i sent our sales men Mike an email that we were not really happy and just figured we purchased as is and are just stuck with repair. Mike called me within five minutes of receiving the email and to my surprise he said bring the vehicle back and give them a chance to make things right. I have to say i was not expecting that. Most dealerships ounce you sign the as is papers and your out the door your are on your own. So i did take the vehicle back and they made things right and took care of it with no hassle at all. I HAVE TO SAY LANE AUTO SALES ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND WANTS THEIR BUSINESS FOR BUYING A USED VEHICLE THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO. Kyle the finance manager is also really good.
