This slow cooking process - 14 hours for pork butts and special beef cuts, 5 hours for ribs and chicken - makes the meat tender and tasty, and gives it a reddish color known as a "smoke line".Our real wood smokers operate 24 hours a day, so you can "smell that smoke" any time you visit Bandana's!

Provided by YP.comamazing food. We were served with in minutes of sitting down. I had the pulled pork with two sides, my husband spare ribs that also came with two sides and both with garlic bread, total price around $30. Great place and selection of food we can't wait to go back and try something new. The only thing we regret is not going there sooner.
